Once visitors arrive in our destination, we not only have to strive to deliver on such promises, we need to also empower our visitors to have the most successful destination experience possible.

The ‘moment of truth’ when you first come into contact with a visitor or customer, may be one of the most important parts of the overall customer experience. You can win them or lose them at this point. Share your passion. Tell your story. Do you know a special place or experience on the Fraser Coast that you would suggest for a visitor to see or do?
