Nestled within the Great Sandy Strait, just 20 minutes to Maryborough and 45 minutes to Hervey Bay. The camp offers 8 unpowered sites for tents, caravans or RV’s on 6 acres with small dam. Great spot for boaties as it’s a short drive to boat ramps. Next door is the Boonooroo Sports and recreational grounds, with tennis court, kids playground with barbecues and toilets. Walking distance to fully licensed bowls club and golf course.
IMPORTANT: The camp is self-contained campers only. Must have your own toilet and water, and take all waste and garbage with you.
Camp fires are permitted in fire pits supplied.
