The upstairs features a main bedroom – queen bed and ensuite. The second bedroom – one double bed and one single and the third bedroom – is one double bed—the main bathroom with a bathtub, shower, vanity, and a separate toilet.

The property has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. A lounge room with ocean views, doors open to the balcony, television, and DVD player. The dining room seats eight people with ocean views. The property has ceiling fans throughout. It has a laundry with a washing machine. It has a large balcony for entertaining with breathtaking ocean views and breezes.

The downstairs features a fourth Bedroom with two Single Beds and a fifth Bedroom with one double bed. The
third Bathroom comes with a shower, vanity, and toilet. The family room/children’s retreat with lounge, television, and ping pong table. There are ceiling fans and a single lock-up garage plus a carport and plenty of room for the boat. Pets are strictly not permitted. Service animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are welcome by prior arrangement.
