El Puerto’s Brazilian Barbecue is an unlimited degustation dining experience at the Hervey Bay Boat Club.
Experience an authentic explosion of Brazilian spices traditionally infused into a variety of smoked and grilled skewered meats and seafood cooked over an open wood fired char.
Each Friday and Saturday evening rodizio serving is an unlimited degustation extravaganza.
The traditional Churrasco experience sees a number of authentically prepared meat selections server to your table. Such as glazed maple bacon, pulled peppered lamb, soft and sticky honey barbecued pork ribs, mouth watering rump cap, rum and coconut pork collar… the list goes on-and-on!
Each serving is hand carved to your plate by your waiter/waitress.
Few people make it through all the courses but you can always order more of your favourites. When you’re finished or just need a break simply tell them to stop!
