New Year Event Family Day inc fireworks

This year NYE finds its self falling on a Saturday, so the day will commence with the Torquay Beachside markets as we normally do from 7 am.
The Road between Tavistock Street and Bideford Street will close at 12 noon, creating a mall at which time stallholders will set up beach side of the road and and markets music and activities will also be in the Bill Fraser Park.
Music in the afternoon will be Doug Edwards followed by Jon Vea Vea into the evening with fireworks at the family time of 8 pm. Markets held all day with a great variety of craft and gifts for all. Parking behind shops in Bideford street, easy 2 min walk to Bill Fraser Park.
