APPLICATION FORMS AND SITE FEES

It is our intention to provide a diverse selection of stalls that provide an alternative experience for our patrons.
Applications are invited from those stall holders who meet the selection criteria.

Stall selection criteria is based on:

1. Distinctive regional produce. We are seeking high quality, suitable products that have been sourced, designed and / or produced in the Wide Bay region.  

2. Unique, quality home-grown and/ or hand-made items from outside the Fraser Coast region that will enhance the diversity and range of the market’s offerings.

Our stallholder applications are in line with Fraser Coast Tourism & Events’ Policies, Code of Conduct and the Market Terms and Conditions. 

PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO RESIDENTS OF THE FRASER COAST.

 

HOW TO MAKE APPLICATION FOR A STALL SITE

  • Step One:

Download the Stallholder application form here.  Contact markets@fcte.com.au for pricings. 

  • Step Two:

Once you have completed the application form, please email your application to: markets@fcte.com.au

The Market Management team will process your application within 5-10 working days.
Should your application meet the above criteria you may be invited to be a part of the Maryborough City Heart Market based on site availability and the range of goods currently on offer by existing stall holders. 

PLEASE NOTE:   Completing and submitting an application DOES NOT GUARANTEE 
                               you a site at the Maryborough City Heart Markets.    
                               These sites are dependent on you meeting the selection criteria and availability.

  • Step Three:

Once approved, a copy of our Stallholder Terms and Conditions and Code of Conduct will be forwarded for signing. 
Please return the signed copies to: markets@fcte.com.au
A site will not be allocated to you until these documents are returned to the Markets Offices.
